  Libya has always been a country with difficulties. However, since the NATO intervention in 2011, the country is in chaos.

  Libya is in the top ten countries for proven oil reserves, more than the EU and USA combined, but produces less than a quarter of Norway alone.
• Pablo Manente
  They have roughly the same amount of proven oil reserves per head of population as Saudi Arabia! Libya could be a prosperous country and like the Saudis, they could be investing their oil money for the benefit of future generations. Building a great future for their country, especially since they are geographically so close to Europe. Instead, their leaders squabble and waste their opportunity.
